Brush must be curbside by 2:30 p.m. on Monday. All brush to be picked up by Common Ground Tree Service (602-0466) must be less than 6 feet long in order for it to fit in the truck bed. Please stack brush at the street for pickup. You may leave up to 3 wheelbarrows full of brush curbside a week. Leaves must be bagged in paper leaf bags. Please note that the City Maintenance Contract allows for weekly pickup of normal brush and debris from your yard maintenance. If you have larger, excessive amounts, the maintenance service will leave you an estimate for extra pickup that includes extra man-hours, extra loads to the dump, and associated costs. If you use a tree service, you should have the service remove all debris. It is the owner’s responsibility to take care of excess debris. No debris or construction materials should be located on the City streets, common areas, or right of ways. We know that many of you chose to live in Ridgeside because of its beauty, and we ask that you do your part to keep it beautiful.
